Question

How do I apply from the Agency HR’S platform ?


HR’S jobs: Simply sign up if you are applying for a job with the agency HR’S.

Local company jobs and overseas jobs: Sign up and complete the registration if you are searching for a job or internship placement with other companies locally or for any overseas placements. For the general application flow, please visit the ‘Application Guides page’.


Question

What will I get after the sign up and / or registration ?


After the sign-up, you will get a log-in ID and password access to your page and manage your basic resume. If you have done the registration after the sign-up, you will get a log-in ID and password access to your page, manage your professional resume and manage your applications.


Question

What differences between Basic Resume and Professional Resume?


Sign-up is free, and you have access to manage your basic resume and apply for a job with the Agency HR’S. Also, update your resume whenever you need to submit a job application with the agency HR’S or to other company outside this platform, where you can download the resume from the system with zero costs. This is a complimentary service of the Agency HR’S to the applicants.

Registration is a paid service, and you have access to assess your skills assessment / assessment, manage your professional resume and continue the application through our platform for the services that is offered by the Agency HR’S. These services are inclusive of but is not limited to the companies offering local jobs and internship placements and various overseas placements.


Question

Why do I need to register prior to the submission of an application?


In complying with the private agency act 246, the Law of Malaysia. An agency is eligible to collect the Registration Fees of RM50.00 (overseas placement) or RM30.00 (local placement) per candidate. The fees shall be collected and it is non-refundable. The registration is valid for multiple employment and for a period of 12 months. The amount of registration and validity duration are determined by the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia under the Private Agency Act 246.

Question

Any placement confirmation after the registration ?


The application system is unable to confirm any successful placement after the registration. Applicants are advised to provide the relevant information and documents for the machine learning for the screening, filtering and matching process for the AI-Powered Career Matchmaker through rigorous verification, matching and recommendation of a suitable placement to the applicant. An applicant will be able to get a recommendation if their profile matches any openings after the matching process. Thus, applicants are advised to read the requirements of the job opening carefully before submitting an application.

Does the placement be for local or overseas ?


We have both local and overseas placements. You may choose your application preference during the registration process.




For Local placements



Question

Do I need to attend the interview after I have submitted my application ?


If you are short-listed by the company, the company will contact you for an interview appointment. They will send you a notification together with the online scheduling tools. You may fix an interview appointment from the online scheduling tools and attend the interview after the interview appointment is confirmed by the company.

Can I apply to multiple companies at a time ?


Yes, you can because the system with the AI-Powered Career Matchmaker will recommend the job(s) after matching your profile with the opening through the screening, filtering and assessment processes, and that you will be unlikely to apply to too many jobs which do not tally with your profile.


Question

After receiving a job offer and employment, but the company refuses to accept me when I report to work, what can I do ?


You can report the company on our platform from your page. The agency will be contacting the company for further investigation. If the confusion is about the company, we will make a remark on the company profile and vice versa. We set limitations on this remark(s) for all the users within our platform. The different sets of agreements will be presented to the users before they sign up and / or register.

Do I need to pay any placement fees ?


Generally, you don’t need to pay any placement fees for a successful local placement. Unless there are regulations for some specific job scopes that require skills assessment, certification, language proficiency certificate, work license, pre-employment medical check and any other requirements that are relevant to the offer. In this condition, the applicant is required to furnish at their own cost(s).




For Overseas placements



Question

If the placement is overseas, in which countries and what positions are available for me to apply?


If you are applying overseas, you shall choose the overseas placement option before submitting your registration. After the sign-up, you’ll be led to complete the skill assessment / assessment process and provide adequate information for the machine learning system to start the screening, filtering and matching process. The AI-Powered Career Matchmaker will be starting rigorous verification, matching and recommendation of a suitable placement to an individual. Before this assessment process, our consultant on duty is unable to advise which country or position or placement is suitable for an individual.


Question

Can I postpone my departure date ?


Generally, the applicant is not advised to postpone the departure date after the visa and departure arrangements have been initiated. At this juncture, postponement might cause unnecessary costs, expiry of the visa & many unforeseen circumstances might arise. The severity varies depending on applications that are based on different visa sponsor’s policy as well as the immigration regulations that the applicant is applying.

Can I apply to multiple countries at a time ?


Unfortunately, you are not advised to do so, because the application overseas will need a valid visa to enter a country for a specific purpose. It’s not practical for an individual to submit multiple visa applications at one time and pay all the visa application fees for all the applications he is applying for. Moreover, it’s a code of ethics for the agency towards our partners overseas and delivering a satisfactory service.


Question

How much are the costs and budgets for an overseas placement?


After the sign-up, you’ll be able to complete the skill assessment / assessment process adequately and provide adequate information for the machine learning system to start the screening, filtering and assessment processes. The AI-Powered Career Matchmaker will go through rigorous verification, matching and recommendation of a suitable placement to an individual. Before this assessment process, the application system is unable to advise whether you will get a visa sponsorship or without a visa sponsorship. If your application is without a visa sponsorship, the system will show you the costs for you to consider your application.

Why can't I get a free visa sponsorship for my application overseas ?


It’s unlikely for a company to sponsor a visa which you have yet to work for !


Question

Why do job postings not indicate visa sponsorship ?


Most companies overseas do not offer sponsorship for general openings, thus this is the default. If the job postings do not mention anything about visa sponsorship, then they’re not sponsored !

Mode of payment(s) ?


There are different modes of payment(s) provided on this application platform, such as you may use the QR scan, online transfer, debit card and credit card payment methods. You may decide which payment mode is more convenient or suitable for you.

Refund policies?


Generally, the agency's refund policies are drawn and determined by following and adhering to the refund policies of our visa sponsors and/or the immigration policies of the respective country. For more details, kindly visit the “General Refund Policy page”.
